Anyone! (Ages 16+) Our Fitness program is designed to bring people together and to have a great time while getting fit! 

​

Barre Burn: A total body workout to awesome music that slims your hips, lengthens and tightens the thighs and lifts your seats! Exercises are focused on toning arms, abs, legs and butt utilizing principles of Pilates and ballet movements. Light weights & bands are incorporated with a lot of repetition so that you look and feel better!

​

High Intensity Interval Training: Coming soon!

 

Shredder/ Body Sculpt:  A workout made for a man but strong enough for a woman! A strength & weight training class for muscle building and body sculpting geared towards men’s strength. This class includes full body toning using light weights and bands in high reps. Works both large and small muscle groups for maximum burn!

Cardio Kickboxing:  This is a great workout that only takes a few times through to get the motions down and feel right at home. Of course this workout means sweating like a pig and struggling to catch your breath but it is completely worth it considering the massive amount of calories it burns 

​

All About Abs!:  45 minutes focusing on strengthening abdominals and core training.
