Calling all adults! Whether you've never worked out before, are returning after months or years away from fitness, or are simply looking for a workout that feels empowering instead of intimidating, Barre Burn is for you.

 

This full-body workout combines the elegance of ballet barre technique with low-impact cardio, core conditioning, and muscle sculpting to create a class that strengthens, tones, and lengthens the body while protecting your joints. Every movement is designed to help improve posture, balance, flexibility, endurance, and overall strength.

 

Barre Burn focuses on lifting and toning the areas that need it most—legs, glutes, arms, core, and back—while providing a workout that is accessible for all fitness levels. No dance experience is necessary.

 

Take this time for yourself. Move your body, clear your mind, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

 

All you need is the desire to begin—we'll provide the motivation and support every step of the way.

 

What You'll Need:

  • 2–5 lb. hand weights (choose a weight that feels comfortable for you)

  • A yoga mat

  • Sneakers

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely

  • Water to stay hydrated
